Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rm20 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement becomes effective once you complete the account registration process.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the rm20 platform. Continued use after any term updates means you accept the latest published version.

The rm20 platform is intended for individuals aged 18+ who are located in jurisdictions where using this platform is legal. Users must ensure their use complies with relevant local laws.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is allowed to maintain only one active account on rm20. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes your full name, phone number, and payment details. rm20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Account passwords are the exclusive responsibility of users. rm20 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by user negligence in safeguarding their password. Users must notify rm20 immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access.

User Responsibilities & Rules

Users agree to use the rm20 platform only for lawful purposes consistent with Malaysian law. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to access other users’ accounts or confidential platform information.
  • Spreading false information, committing fraud, or coordinating activities that may harm platform integrity.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple registrations or fraudulent methods.
  • Engaging in any actions that disrupt or damage rm20's technical systems.

Violations of any of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, balance freezes, and legal action as appropriate.

MYR Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the rm20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and internet banking through FPX.

Users are responsible for ensuring the payment methods they use are in their own name. Using third-party payment methods without permission is prohibited and may result in account freezing and further investigation.

Rm20 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending compliance checks and identity verification. Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user. If a payment is found to be fraudulent or invalid, rm20 reserves the right to cancel the related transaction.

Rollover requirements related to bonuses and promotions will be detailed in each campaign and should be read together with these terms.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The rm20 platform is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. rm20 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or constant availability.

Rm20 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorized access beyond rm20’s control.

Rm20’s liability under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty days prior to the related claim. This provision applies to the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law.

Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Rm20 reserves the full discretion to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion of:
